This little guy just keeps eating and eating and eating!

Monarch quest continues!

Another installment of our baby monarch. The little guy is eating a lot of milkweed now and I bought a plastic insect case to protect him from the cats. I'd say he has doubled in size from when I first saw him.

Monarch day 2, we went and picked up some fresh milkweed. This little guy is hungry! The white dot just under the Caterpillar is an egg.

It only seems fair to share a couple pictures of Corn. But this trip got more interesting that just corn.

Children of the Corn

I set out today to photograph some corn. I got the shot... but what a day. It's not like corn is all that hard to find. So we set out to see if we could find an old barn and maybe some rusty cars. Ended up getting charged by a pig in a parking lot. Too funny.
