Bee!

What a beautiful day in Sheboyan, sunny in the 70's, more or less perfect! Seems like we see less and less of these little guys. I donated a pint of blood to mosquito's to get this image. Bee in flight, not easy but so worth it!

Sheboygan!

I had a great day! Met a nice family and had some fun with a photo shoot. I took this a few weeks ago and really enjoy the Marquee.

Pretty in Pink

My neighbors create such a wealth of material for a photographer! Just today I noticed these rather nicely planted flowers. Were these here yesterday? They certainly were not quite this pretty.

Sheboygan Shoreline

When you live a couple blocks away from Lake Michigan and your a photographer, how long can it be until you start taking pictures of the shoreline, beaches, birds, and everything else connected? I actually was taking pictures of the lake before we moved here. It truly is beautiful, expect to see a few from me.

Doe a Deer a female deer!

Afternoon walk around the neighborhood. This Doe was on the road and was ok with us up to about 15 feet or so. A German Shepard bark pushed her into the wood a bit. Kinda happy with that cause this shot is better than the ones on the road. I know, I know... Deer they eat my garden.

A Summer Evening of Harmony, Music, and Bench Seating

How often to do you go out to listen to a coffee house folk band and the folk hits the dance floor. This mom, husband and 3 kids were joined by several couples and the crowed loved it. What a great way to spend a nice evening!

Ordinary things

I took this because one of the things I think we all need, is to find the beauty in ordinary things. How much do we pass by everyday without a second thought. How many people do we pass by?

Ok, this is another image from fountain park. I like it, Linda thinks the full Popcorn Wagon would be better. I thought ya'll should take a look at this new fixture in the park. I think it's fun that this business opened after I moved to town!

Fountain Park

Decided to capture a more iconic picture today. This is fountain park on a bright afternoon in Sheboygan. Today has been really nice, if a bit warm. Kinda funny to find 79 a bit warm!

Natural Beauty

There is a small bit of natural woodland just behind my apartment. When I say small, it's much less than a mile to walk all the way around, very nice to walk the dog. Anyway just off the road I noticed this scene and thought I'd share. Hope you enjoy.

It's a nice morning, another flower to match

I'm enjoying the flowers on my walks. Sheboygan has a lot of beauty, you only need to get out and pay attention! Given the recent severe weather in the area, it's a good time to be thankful for what we have.

Calvery Cemetary

My walk this evening took me over to Calvary cemetery. This is a wonderful place, I never go by without seeing someone caring for the grave site of a loved one. A sense of pride, love, and humor is on display. I'd bet this was someone we would have wanted to know.

Flowers are blooming

I take 2 or 3 short walks everyday. My neighbors are nice, and there is a large variety of blooms to photograph. Anyone ever tell ya to stop and smell the flowers?

Boys being boys

These guys and their friends were doing their best to dig to the lake! They were having a great time and reminded us of those carefree days in the sun.

Benefit Concert for Haiti

Sequola and the Virgins opened Saturday's Benefit concert for Hati over at Paradigm Coffee and Music. This young lady has an old old soul and voice to match! Keep and ear out for her.

Friday at the Beach~

What a nice start to the weekend! Went over to the Beach to start, ran into a group of kids playing a bit of vollyball. Great kids, great action, and a great Image!
